Terms of Service
Last updated May 26, 2026
Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of Smittee, provided by Smittee AI LLC ("Smittee", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are using Smittee on behalf of a business, you agree on its behalf.
The service
Smittee answers calls and messages, books jobs, and captures leads for your business using automated and AI-assisted systems. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide (services, pricing, availability, and service area) and for how you use the bookings and information Smittee produces.
Your responsibilities
You agree to use Smittee lawfully, to keep your account credentials secure, to have the right to forward your business calls to Smittee, and to comply with applicable telemarketing, recording-consent, and messaging laws in the places you operate. You will not use Smittee to send unlawful, harassing, or unsolicited messages.
Plans, billing, and trials
Paid plans are billed in advance at a flat monthly rate for the plan you choose; optional add-ons are billed as described when you enable them. Founding-customer and trial terms are as described at sign-up. Fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund terms or required by law. We may change pricing with notice for future billing periods.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime; your plan remains active through the end of the current billing period and does not renew after that. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual property
Smittee and its software, brand, and content are owned by us. Your business data and the call and customer information generated through your use remain yours; you grant us the rights needed to operate the service for you.
Disclaimers
Smittee is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will never miss a call, make an error, or be uninterrupted. Smittee is a business tool, not a substitute for emergency services.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Smittee will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will post the updated version here and revise the date above; continued use means you accept the changes.
